Simon Fleming - Managing Director
Migration Manager is the brainchild and creation of Simon, and he leads the development, consulting and support areas of the company. A software developer at heart and himself a migrant from UK, he utilises his knowledge of the migration profession with business experience and accounting qualifications to make LEAP Migration Manager the market leading solution it is today. Simon knows many migration agents personally and, being married with small children, he understands the balancing of demands between small business and personal life that most agents contend with. Combining these facets makes Simon a capable managing director and development manager.
Oliver Hind - Sales and Marketing Manager
Oliver has particular skill in matching the needs of a business with software that can meet those needs, and he has helped many small and larger businesses with successful software solutions. He has worked to provide businesses with good software since 1972 when he first trained as a programmer, and is experienced with the migration profession, the legal profession, the building industry, and over 10 years running a business of his own. As well as extensive software industry experience, business and commercial experience, and being qualified as an accountant, he is skilled in communication, presentation and marketing. Oliver believes that small business can achieve great success by effective use of technology, and he is committed to helping people do that.
Nick McComb - Lead Developer
Nick has a great customer support manner, enhanced by some years of experience in help desk roles. Speaking with him it may take a few minutes to realise that inside this helpful and laid-back IT professional is an avid developer with impressive creativity and expertise. Nick is an example of why the company delivers high value for affordable cost to clients, because he combines in one person the abilities to provide high standard customer support, intelligent consulting and skilful software development. Bradley is a young enthusiastic technology guru with a strong customer service problem-solving ethic. Brad has worked in technology support roles in private industry and government, and ventured into his own business. Although he has a bundle of certificates including IT and education, Brad is continuing to study technology at a tertiary level.
