Client Detail

Form The Client Detail form benefits from the use of a tab-style layout meaning the agent can quickly move between the various categories. The screenshot below shows the 'Applicant' tab page, which is used to store personal information about the applicant.

When a particular client's file is selected (or opened), basic details relating to that client's case are shown in the panel down the right hand side of the Main Window. Immediately on so opening a client's file, the user can see the most important aspects relating to that file, eg current visa type, current visa expiry date, visa being applied for, client account balance together with a photograph (optional) of the client.
