Reports Interface

Migration Manager boasts an extremely powerful reporting tool, enabling the user to select a report from pre-defined report templates or to define their own report. The user-definable reports allow the user to select up to ten fields including specified criteria. The user can specify results to be returned depending upon:

Dates: Eg. where applicant’s Date of Birth is before 8 November 1973

Names: Eg. where the applicant’s spouse’s given name contains “mon”

Other: Eg. where applicant’s age-criteria points are less than or equal to 25

Saved Reports

These reports are the most commonly used ("favourite") reports, and the grid view layout enables reports to be accessed quickly and easily.

Migration Manager also allows the user to select a ‘standard’ report template but then to combine this with fields of their own choosing.

Results of the reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel with one click on the Export button.

This screenshot shows the user-defined report selection interface.  Users can access more than 300 fields within Client Detail.

After setting a field, the user may then set parameters: eg.

Field: Date of Birth

Parameter: Is Before 8/11/1973

…would retrieve all fields as selected in the drop-down boxes, but filtered to show only those clients whose date of birth is before the date specified.

A practical application of this feature might be where a change in the relevant law causes a reduction in the points score of a client based on age (say), agents may need to review their entire client list for instances for clients that may be affected by such change.
