We at MM understand the importance of nurturing a healthy working environment in which our team can perform at its best. Many of our team members have been with the company for some time and, despite recent growth, we still maintain the welcoming feel of a small/family business. Frequent team meetings allow team members to identify priorities, give feedback and manage their workload effectively in a supportive environment. Our culture of mutual support and respect leads to greater cohesion among team members, a better workplace and greater outcomes all round.

We believe in maintaining fair and flexible working conditions with the understanding that people have lives and families outside of work. We also organize regular social events including quizzes, lunches and evenings out giving team members the opportunity to get to know each other in a relaxed environment.
