Who is listening
in to your client
correspondence?

No migration firm wants to think about the consequences of a data breach. Yet, the spectre is there, ever present, with serious consequences now for those that ignore it. With continually stricter measures being introduced, such as GDPR, even something as simple as an incorrect email address send becomes a ‘reportable breach.’

Whilst email security has improved over the years, sending and receiving sensitive information and documents via email is risky business. The nature of the information exchanged in a client-agent/lawyer relationship means emails and their attachments are perfect fodder for identity fraud.

Luckily, Migration Manager has all the heavy security guards working for you. Our Client Portal is designed for secure, confidential client communications. Every piece of information, correspondence or document is transferred over an encrypted and secure channel using 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, the standard for secure internet network connections.

All personal data and files entered into the Client Portal (and the Web Questionnaires) are encrypted during storage using the AES-256 standard, which is the same encryption standard used by banks to secure customer data.

And we never rest. As hackers get smarter, and data becomes an increasingly valuable resource, Migration Manager constantly evolves with new security features and regular security reviews of our software and portal (including penetration testing) by an independent external cyber-security firm.

All so you can sleep easier at night.
